CAMP THEMES
New for 2012, KIDS for the BAY now offers THREE exciting camp themes! Sign your children up for all three themes! Information about each camp theme and camp locations can be found below.
Let’s Get Outside! KIDS for the BAY’s Summer Camp takes full advantage of the amazing natural spaces in our own backyard. Campers will explore bay shorelines, visit botanical gardens, hike along beautiful creeks, collect insects from ponds, and swim in a lake!
Each camp session includes community-building activities, nature-based games and art, journaling, and environmental stewardship projects, in addition to our hands-on science investigations. Our science activities are structured to engage campers at every age and learning level.
Please Note: Waiting lists are available for some camp sessions. If the session of your choice is full, please call Eugenia or Sheela at 510-985-1602 to inquire about being placed on our waiting list.
